This decorative deep blue bowl has a very nice, rich dark blue glaze on the interior and unglazed clay with a high content of grogg on the exterior. It gives an extra raw texture as a contrast to the smooth, shiny surface.  Melted glass at the bottom of the bowl has created an additional effect.
The edge is uneven for added character.
